Over the years, we have been actively involved in the construction of new Yachts, refits and surveys to support Clients in either selling or purchasing their vessels. This experience has broadened our expertise greatly in New Constructions, Project Management and the technical field. We have consequently evolved a special division uniquely to cover these aspects of the yachting industry with our dedicated Floating Life Build & Technical Team.

We can offer an appraisal service to support legal departments, financial departments and private Clients, delivering a prompt service and advice on the most complex technical, regulatory and valuation matters. We provide extensive range of consulting and surveying services thanks to our qualified engineers and yachting professionals.
Exterior & Interior Design
Our experts meet with Owners to understand their style and requirements. We advise, assist and collaborate with Owners through every step of the construction period to guarantee that only the very best results are achieved.
Interior & Exterior Start-Up Purchasing
We support Owners in furnishing the Yacht with all items needed (furniture, fabrics, galley utensils, display objects). Our experts meet with Owners to assess spaces to take notice of their requirements and tastes. Thanks to our extensive number of suppliers, we can provide a wide-range choice at competitive prices.
NEW CONSTRUCTIONS
Our in-house Technical Management Team has the competence and passion to guide and support Clients in every nuanced detail of custom Yacht build. We follow a project from the Yacht conception that would best represent and suit the Owner, through to construction at a worthy shipyard. Upon project completion, we take on the management of the Yacht. We have strong and reliable relationships with leading naval architecture studios and designers, as well as with the most prominent shipyards to guarantee our Clients’ attention to detail and the achievement of their exact requirements.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & REFITTING
Having handled several construction projects over the past years, in both the Motor Yacht and Sailing Yacht fields, we have finessed our project management skills. Besides supporting Clients in the long-term process of building new Yachts, we also have significant experience in refitting and converting a Yacht from pleasure to commercial. Our in-house interior design experts will guide Clients every step of the way to guarantee that the end result is the most cost-effective and rewarding.
THE NEW YACHT SERIES DESIGNED BY FLOATING LIFE
The FL series is a line of full-custom yachts that is developed with a team of experts working on behalf of the owner. The technical department combines the customer’s idea with an engineered and developed project for displacement yachts, that are capable of performing ocean crossings. The technical base is a steel-hull designed for long distances and tested in the Gothenburg tank to verify its performances.
Everything can be custom made: from the superstructure to the internal layout, as well as the decorations. Only once the project has been defined, does the owner choose the best shipyard to build this one-off yacht with the support of the FL team of experts.
